We are an agile small business with over 130 cleared employees supporting mission-critical operations across multiple industries and agencies. AEI delivers services that enable critical decision-making, working collaboratively with clients as both prime contractor and teammate. Rodney Chambers, CEO

Mr. Rodney Chambers is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Employee Intelligence (AEI), a government contracting and consulting firm he established in 2012 to provide strategic business solutions and operational support to local and Federal Government agencies. For more than 12 years, he has led AEI with vision, discipline, and forward-thinking leadership, growing the company to more than 100 employees operating across 13 states and the District of Columbia.

A Down East North Carolina native, Mr. Chambers is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. His leadership philosophy is grounded in service, accountability, and operational excellence—principles that have shaped AEI’s reputation for reliability, performance, and mission-focused execution. In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Chambers is deeply committed to community and civic engagement.

He serves as a Board Member of the 100 Black Men of Prince George’s County and as a Board Member of High Stepping Nationals, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to youth development and arts programming. Through both his professional and community work, Mr. Chambers remains focused on building strong institutions, creating opportunity, and delivering measurable impact.
