Training and professional development opportunities expand the potential of a robust and dynamic workforce.
AEI’s staff of instructional designers, graphic artists, and subject matter experts develop and deliver customized and off-the-shelf courseware in a variety of formats including instructor-led classroom-based, fully online e-learning, synchronous interactive webinars, televideos, online collaborative learning, online self-assessments, and self-directed study.
Over the past six years, AEI has delivered these courses over 500 times with an average score of 9.0 for quality of instructor on a 10-point scale. Nearly all of our instructors are former Federal executives and managers, and many of them are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP’s).
